How to lead with clarity, close high-ticket deals, and create demand in extremely crowded markets. That experience is 90% of what scaling a successful business actually takes. Most people just never get access to it.

So I left. Started my first business. Hit six figures in six months and turned it into a multi-million dollar consulting company. Not from hustle. From simplification and knowing exactly what moves the needle and refusing to waste time on anything that doesn’t.
